Ucommerce Return Policy (Courier Account)
To avoid losses, you should contact your customer to confirm the address & contact number before placing them on the website. You can confirm with your customers by directly calling or sending a confirmation message to confirm the order. If you don’t confirm it, your order return ratio will increase, and ultimately, we suffer a loss. Also, the boxes may not be in fresh condition. So, the more your orders will return, the more loss we face from the courier company. You will be responsible for your behalf for tracking the order updates. We will share your order tracking details via WhatsApp, and in case the order is not delivered on time, you have to contact the courier’s helpline.
- If your order is returned for any reason, the 200rs Delivery Charges +40rs Pakaging Charges will be deducted from your account statement.
If a return is received in our original packaging, indicating that the customer did not open or take possession of the item, we will accept the return regardless of the item’s condition.
If the customer opens the package, and returns the item in satisfactory condition, but expresses a change of preference or a change of mind, we will accept the return.
If the customer accepts the item but returns it damaged or makes a fake return, we will promptly notify you, and the responsibility for the loss will lie with you, as we thoroughly check each item and ensure it is sent in perfect condition with proper packaging.
If a customer reports receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we kindly ask for clear evidence in the form of a video clip. This video should thoroughly depict the issue, showcasing both the item and the shipping label’s front and back for clarity. To expedite a swift resolution, we request that all such claims and complaints be emailed within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, any requests received beyond this 24-hour timeframe cannot be accommodated.
Ucommerce Return Policy for Daraz Parcels
If Daraz returns any undelivered order, you must mention our address. If we receive the undelivered order from Daraz, we will inform you within two or three days. If your order is returned, we deduct the 50 rupees, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank account Transfer. We pack and dispatch each order with complete care and in good condition,
- we will not be responsible if we receive the returned order in damaged or unsatisfactory condition. In such case, we will not be liable for refunding the returns we receive in damaged or poor condition.
- Returns will only be accepted, and the refund will be made when we receive the return in good & satisfactory condition.
- If you receive the return on your own, then you will be responsible for arranging the return and bearing the return cost. There’s no need to send returns daily as you can easily send all the returns together, so don’t worry about sending returns in a rush way.
Ucommerce Refund Procedure
Whenever UCommerce receives your returned parcel, we will notify you within 24 hours. The amount for the returned items is topped up in your wallet after deducting 50 rupees from the originally paid amount. You can utilize this amount in your next orders or if you wish to receive a refund, kindly provide us with your Easypaisa, Jazzcash, or bank account details via email. Insha’Allah, we will issue the refund within 24 to 48 hours.
