Welcome to the Ucommerce family, a leading e-commerce platform that helps drop shippers earn by reselling different products & services. By entering into this agreement, you agree that you have read and understood the below-mentioned terms & conditions. Take your time to read these terms & conditions with full care as these terms and conditions will be mandatory to implement for becoming a Ucommerce platform reseller. The following are these:
- By entering into this agreement, both parties agree that Ucommerce is authorized to dispatch the orders on behalf of the resellers by complying with all the instructions.
- UCommerce will not contact the consignee of a parcel unless specifically instructed to do so by the dropshipper, or unless the matter requires urgent assistance.
- Ucommerce has the right to any reseller account termination if they cannot give good customer support to their clients or communicate with Ucommerce’s team on different matters.
- Payments will be processed according to instructions outlined on the UCommerce’s website, which may be subject to change by our management at any time.
- We will try our best to deliver or dispatch the orders timely, but we don’t give you a guarantee to deliver with full 100% because of any of the unfortunate reasons.
- Ucommerce aims to give good profit outcomes, but in case of losses, we will not be responsible for covering such losses.
- We have the right to terminate any reseller account if any reseller violates the company’s policy or due to any other valid reason.
- If any reseller uses abusive language or does any misconduct, then we have the right to terminate the account immediately.
- We will provide you with the tracking information and do our best to update the shipment status early, but we will not process the tracking request manually.
- As a reseller, you should be responsible for tracking your shipment status and informing the team immediately in case of any unreasonable delay.
- If you want to claim any payment status, then all the payment claims will not be entertained for more than 2 months from the order placing date and after 2 weeks of invoice generation. We will share the payment details on time as per the company’s policy, and you should have to track all the payment details on your own.
- While registering, you should provide truthful and accurate information. We can terminate your account immediately or take legal action if we find any false information.
- The Ucommerce complaint department handles all your complaints and refund requests and contacts you regarding the complaint status.
- Any drop shipper who complains publicly after violating the company’s complaints policy may get their account terminated.
- We will handle all the complaints and refund requests through the the whatsapp, we are working on ticketing system will be live soon.
- While working on the Ucommerce platform, each reseller should comply with the ecommerce & dropshipping rules/ regulations and will not be involved in any illegal or unethical activity that violates the ecommerce & dropshipping rules.
- The reseller must keep their account & login information confidential and will not be shared with other resellers or team members.
- The reseller must keep the updated business information and real contact information on their account profile.
- You should not be included in any activity that directly or indirectly interferes with the Ucommerce business operations or deploys the business reputation.
- Ucommerce owns the right to make alterations to the terms & conditions at any time, and it’s the reseller’s responsibility to stay updated with the new modifications.
- This agreement shows the clear consent between Ucommerce & resellers and replaces any other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
- If any clause or point of this agreement is cleared invalid or illegal under the consent of law, it will not be applicable besides the other clauses.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of any specified products and have the right to remove or change any product at any time.
- In case of any stock shortage or product recall, each reseller will be responsible for dealing with their clients regarding the product’s availability. Ucommerce provides short-term assistance in this regard, if necessary.
- Ucommerce will try its best to avoid all such circumstances that create loss and damage. But if any loss or damage is incurred, Ucommerce will not be responsible.
- If any reseller wants to sell their products on our platform, we need to check the product quality and safety earlier as per our product policy guidelines. So, in this way, we collect the samples from your side.
